There were talks about how Ruskies nuclear weapons could be in a very bad shape — in particular because nuclear charges should be replaced periodically, otherwise they degrade. Also, I've heard — sorry, not an expert here — that Ukraine NPPs can, as a side effect, produce weapon-grade radioactive materials. I wonder if those things are related. What if Khuilo decided to attack Ukraine in order to get those NPPs and seize those weapon-grade matereals, because he found out he doesn't have any weapons that can be honestly called "nuclear", and needs to refresh those charges immediately?

No, that's not it, of course. That's just another attempt to find some meaning in all that. I understand that; but I still think it's worth sharing.
